As part of our establishment in Morocco, AnyTech365 is recruiting for its new office at CasaNearShore Human Resources Operations Manager who will be responsible for:
-Managing the admin and legal aspect
-Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
-Manage employee time, production, and payroll data from timesheets and other records
-Identify KPIs for the HR department
-Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
-Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
-Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
-Handling employee relation
Profil recherché :
-Bachelor Degree in HR, Master is preferable
-6 + years of experience as an HR Officer Manager or similar HR role
-Excellent in communication and people skills
-A flexible, pro-active “can-do attitude”
-Punctual, reliable and loyal to the company and fellow colleagues.
-Excellent knowledge of labor law.
-Very good command of English.
-Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
-Advanced MS Office user with a focus on Excel use.
-Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, onboarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.
