We are looking for English speaking agents.

The expectations are:
*Fluent English skills, both verbal and written,
*Excellent analytical skills/ Technical understanding would be welcome –
SQL, Microsoft Access, VBA, Power query
*High level of Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-lookups)
*High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
*Great communication skills and can-do attitude
*Bachelor’s degree would be an advantage

Duties are:
* The Product Catalogue Analyst will be responsible for managing the
EMEA repository of all vendor products:
* Uploading and keeping up-to-date catalogues and price lists received
from vendors
* Identifying & classifying segmentation,
product line and granularity of items
* Aligning workload activities with financial calendar period and
vendors’ closing period
* Enriching item lines with specific logistic elements (weight, size…)
* Being a key user on gap analysis for new release/platform improvements
* Cooperating with other teams like Operations, Sales, Finance, Business
Analysts & IT regarding compliance and legal topics
* Preparing and analyzing reports
* Monitoring the quality of data
* Establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with vendors
* Updating the company’s Product Catalog and ensuring data is accurately
entered in terms of product classification, prices, lifecycle etc.
* Offer support for inquiries originating from sales, operations and
other colleagues
* Involve in UAT sessions if necessary
